After spme trial and error I ended up ordering the suggested USB part #13519224 depsite the fact that the GM parts site state it is not compatible. Everything was plug and play as advertised, but unlike the Silverado, the only existing USB port (out of 3 locations) that would accept the new required USB hub was the double USB port for the rear seat passengers.
